5 minutes left in the 2nd period between San Jose and Montreal. Holy crap where did this Carey Price come from? Unreal job so far! I'm happy my Oilers we're active in and around deadline day. They had, and still have a bunch of dead weight, but kudos to Tambo for getting rid of Garbagekov, Staios and Vishnovsky. with 10 million and cap room and likely a top 3 pick coming, and Jordan Eberle next year, things are looking up....not that that is saying much given it can't get much worse lol.
What to do tomorrow...Definitely going to make an effort to get out to the gym tomorrow. have to get through a tax appointment and a possible vet appointment as well. One of the pooches aren't feeling to good at the moment. Not quite sure what to do at night...I don't want to do nothing....but I want to keep it relatively low key as well....we'll see what happens I guess
Question....I'm riding home on the bus after work, and yeah sure it's a nice day, the snow is melting and is sticky...great for snowballs....but what do people get out of throwing snowballs at buses? I know it's a maturity thing, but never at any point did I see the humour in it, even when I was younger. I don't get it, but I digress.
So the one living arrangement I was hoping for in Brandon fell through. Very disappointing but the search continues I guess. Ever since I knew Brandon was the place I'd be going, I've been finding myself pondering what my future will be like...where will my first job be, will my grades be good enough and a bunch of other things. I just hope that at the end of it that I'm happy, especially with some of the stress I'm feeling now concerning matters related to the move.
Anyways....off to the rest of the game I go....and maybe fall asleep to Any Given Sunday.
